Mental Health Resources

Finding the right support can make a real difference, whether you are looking for help for yourself, a colleague, a friend, a family member or someone in your community.

Help is available. Knowing where to turn is the first step.

Changing Minds Training is a training provider, not a crisis or support service. We’re not able to offer one-to-one support or respond to urgent requests through this website. But you are not alone.

Whether you’re looking for help for yourself, a colleague, a friend, a family member or someone in your community, there are people ready to listen and help, often any time of day or night. You’ll find a list of trusted support services below.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E. Urgent but not an emergency? Call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option (2).

Find Support

Below you’ll find crisis support services, apps and directories that can help. Some offer someone to talk to straight away, while others help you plan, find information or search for services near you.

Emergency and Urgent Help
