Masterclasses

Focused, practical sessions that help your people explore important wellbeing, mental health and inclusion topics in a clear and accessible way.

Changing Minds Training offers mental health masterclass sessions for organisations that want to start meaningful conversations, raise awareness and give learners practical tools they can use straight away.

Masterclasses

Course Overview

Masterclasses are a helpful option for wellbeing campaigns, team learning days, staff development programmes, awareness events or organisations looking to support larger groups with focused learning.

Each session is designed to be engaging, human and easy to fit into the working day. Rather than overwhelming learners with information, our masterclasses focus on practical understanding, reflection and confidence.

Based in Redhill, Surrey and delivering training nationwide, Changing Minds Training provides masterclasses for corporate organisations, clinical and care teams, community groups and wider staff networks.

What Are Mental Health Masterclasses?

The Framework

This Mental Health First Aid course is about learning how to offer first-level support to someone who may be experiencing poor mental health or emotional distress. Just as physical first aid gives people the confidence to respond when someone needs immediate physical support, Mental Health First Aid helps learners feel more prepared to respond when someone may need mental health support.

This doesn’t make learners counsellors or clinicians, it gives you a clear, practical framework for noticing concerns, listening without judgement, offering reassurance and helping someone access appropriate professional or other support.

Why Choose a Masterclass?

Format & Delivery

A mental health masterclass is a strong option when you want focused, accessible learning without committing to a longer course. Masterclasses work well for organisations that want to introduce important wellbeing topics, support awareness campaigns or create space for meaningful conversations across larger groups.

Each session is designed to be practical, engaging and easy to fit into the working day. Learners gain clear insight into a specific topic, along with useful ideas they can take back into their work, conversations and everyday life. Masterclasses can also be a helpful first step before introducing more in-depth training for managers, wellbeing champions or wider teams.

Are Masterclasses Right For Your Organisation?

Masterclasses are a strong option if you want to introduce important wellbeing topics in a focused and accessible way.

They work well when you want to:

Reach a larger group of learners
Add wellbeing training to a staff event or awareness campaign
Start conversations around mental health, anxiety, psychological safety or change
Support managers and teams with practical tools
Offer learning that is short, engaging and easy to fit into the working day
Build momentum before introducing more in-depth training

If you are unsure whether a masterclass or a longer course is the right fit, we’re here to help you compare options.
