For Changing Minds Training - Updated April 2021

Privacy Policy: FAQ

The person completing the booking is 'the client'. 

'Delegates' refer to people completing the course.

By completing a booking form and making payment the client agrees to the date(s), times and costs of the course as well as any other outlined terms and conditions.

 

Course places are not guaranteed until payment is received in full.

Although we try to avoid cancellations, Changing Minds Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course at short notice.

 

Please note: we require a minimum of 3 learners per course in order to uphold the quality of the training. If we are unable to meet these requirements a week prior to the course commencing you will be offered a space on a future course or a full refund via email.

If the location has to be changed for any reason, Changing Minds Training will advise you as soon as possible.

Changing Minds Training cannot be held liable for any costs the client or delegate may incur in arranging travel and/or accommodation in relation to the course, should the course be moved, cancelled or postponed.

Invoiced places will be held for 7 days to allow for processing.
